Frequently Asked Questions

Do you cater for all sizes of weddings?
We cater to weddings of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to large celebrations. We can travel further than our current boundaries with some additional travel expenses.
We will be more than happy to plan this with you.

Are you experienced in all sizes and
temperaments of dogs?
We are experienced in managing multiple dogs and ensuring they receive the necessary attention. By getting to know you and your dog, we can establish their boundaries and expectations for the big day. We have even completed training on behaviour and reactiveness with the British Canine Society.
We understand the complexities of a wedding envrionment. By meeting you and your dog we hope to make it stress free for all.

Are you able to take multiple dogs?
Well, of course! We love dogs and especially if they have other furry family or friends.
We just want to enjoy their company and see them thrive on your wedding day.
Would you extend your operating service area?
While we currently operate within a specific area, we are open to discussing travelling further afield to accomodate your needs. We would be happy to discuss but this would entail additional travel experiences.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?
We ask for an initial retention fee of 40% which is non-refundable. The outstanding balance must be settled no later than 28 days before your wedding day

Did you mention 'wedding childcare'?
Yes we did. Emma is a paediatric nurse and Emily volunteers in a nursery. This is a service we are hoping to commence shortly. But we are more than happy to chat to you about any plans for your wedding day now.
But from a few hours to a more structured period of time, we are happy to help.

Will you be overly visible at our wedding?
No, the spotlight is very much on yourself and your family, friends and dogs. We blend into the background in subtle clothing. Guiding your dog to the aisle or chaperoning them whilst they greet guests and of course co-ordinating photos and videos.

Are some venues offering dog chaperoning services now?
Yes, this is now becomming a common practice to offer this service.
This is fantastic, but remember, we are trained in dog behaviour and are fully first aid and CPR trained.
We offer you the option of your dog being able to come with us and have a rest. We can also take your dog walks, look after them overnight or take them to the perfect drop off point for them.
